1. Our 5-Day Money-Back Guarantee

RDPSchool offers a 5-day money-back guarantee on eligible services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 5 calendar days of the initial purchase date — no questions asked.

This guarantee reflects our confidence in the quality of our services and our commitment to customer satisfaction.

2. Eligible Services

The 5-day money-back guarantee applies to:

  • Windows RDP plans (first purchase only)
  • VPS Server plans (first purchase only)
  • Dedicated Server plans (first purchase only)

The guarantee covers the first-time purchase of a service. Renewals, plan upgrades, and add-ons are not eligible unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services canceled after the 5-day guarantee window has expired
  • Renewal invoices and recurring subscription payments
  • Custom configurations or hardware procurement for dedicated servers
  • Setup fees and one-time provisioning charges (where applicable)
  • Add-on services, IP addresses, and extra storage
  • Accounts terminated or suspended for violations of our Terms and Conditions
  • Services where abuse, fraud, or policy violations have been detected
  • Domain registrations (non-refundable by nature)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 5-day window:

  1. Log in to your Client Area
  2. Open a support ticket with the subject: "Refund Request — [Service Name]"
  3. Provide your order number, the service you wish to cancel, and the reason for the refund
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days

Alternatively, email us directly at support@rdpschool.com with the subject "Refund Request".

5. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Processing typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your payment provider
  • The associated service will be terminated upon approval of the refund
  • Any data on the server will be permanently deleted — ensure you have backups before requesting

6. Partial Refunds

For annual or quarterly plans where a refund request is made after the 5-day window but within a reasonable period due to documented service failures on our end, we may at our discretion offer a prorated credit or partial refund. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in immediate account suspension and may affect your eligibility for future services with RDPSchool.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your refund eligibility.
